Please read these first :

HelpMovie Library is often your quickest solution.
3. If you are reporting a problem, please remember to provide as much information as possible, and please be
specific. E.g. specific teacher, specific class, specific period. And please start a
New Ticket for a new problem.
4. If you want advice on the best way to enter your curricular structure into
TimeTabler then please attach a Curriculum Diagram of your intentions (in MS Excel if possible,
see here).
5. In order that we can look at specific things in your data, then (as well as sending a screenshot if you think it would help) please attach a
Backup of your data. [I.e. the file that you get by going to
FileMenu -> Backup; it is named : TT4DATA.BAK or OP2DATA.BAK or SC2DATA.BAK]
6. As you enter your Ticket details below, the Support Centre will automatically suggest
Articles from the KnowledgeBase to help you, and list them to the right-hand side of the form (so you may not need to complete the submission of the Ticket).
