Writing a Mail Merge letter [TOOLS]

Sending a letter to Students & Parents, using Mail Merge
Options allows you to create your own letters for students or parents, using the 'mail-merge' feature in Microsoft Word

Options exports the details, and you can decide where they go in your letter(s).

For example, after all the choices have been gathered, you could use this to send a letter to each student / parent, asking them to confirm their choices are correctly recorded in Options.
