Q. The timetable from last year has two teachers who are no longer with us. Can I rename imported teachers?
Suppose Joe Bloggs taught a Science timetable last year and was timetabled to teach science this year. He is now being replaced by Mary Murphy. Can I change the details on staff cover from Joe Bloggs to Mary Murphy?
A. Yes, if Mary is simply replacing Joe, and has the same (or very similar) timetable as Joe, then you could simply change the teacher's name on the "Customize -> Teacher details" screen. Any small differences could then be effected on the "Small change to timetable" screen.
However, if Mary's timetable is significantly different from Joe's, then it would be easier to correct the timetable in TimeTabler first, then "Load a new timetable".
