Importing Subject Choices

  Q.   I am having some issues importing my students and their options Choices into the Options software.
The names import but not their choices.  Do I need to import the Subjects first then the students?  

  A.   Yes, choices will only be imported that match Subjects in your subject list.   So you need to enter all the Subjects that your school offers in the Subject List first.

Note-1: We don't try to set-up the subject list automatically from your import because if we did, you might end-up with both "Ma" and "Maths" in your subject list, etc.
Also, we wouldn't know what to put for "Subject full name", or for "min / max groups sizes", etc.
So we found it was easier to ask you to set-up the subject list yourself.  Of course, you only have to do this once ...when you import your subjects next time (or next year), you will already have your list of subjects set-up.

Note-2: Choices may be collected in TOOLS, your MIS portal, MS Forms, Google Forms, GSuite for Education, etc.
