Options and Advanced Cloud School

Please note: from August 2023, ACS/Advanced will cease their support of Cloud School.  If we can help with this in any way, let us know.

      At the start of the process - importing into Options from Cloud School:

You will want to import your Subjects and your Students into Advanced Progresso / CloudSchool (Cloud School).   There are 2 possible ways:

1) Simple way:
If you haven't collected student choices in Cloud School, and don't want to send info back to Cloud School at the end (which students are in which groups) then you can use these standard methods for importing information into Options:
  -- a) Import Subjects: via 'Subjects -> Import'
  -- b) Import Students: via 'Students -> Import Students'.
In each case, follow the on-screen instructions thereafter. 

2) Special Link:
Cloud School has a special link with Options, which allows you to export a file from Cloud School, containing all the subjects and students.  You import this into Options, do your work in  Options, and then send it back to Cloud School.

      At the end of the process - exporting from Options into Cloud School:

If you have imported using the Special Link, you can now send back to Cloud School, a list of which students are in which groups. Cloud School will import this.
