'Draft' label on the Printouts

Issuing 'Draft' timetables

Overview
When you think your timetable is ready (or close to ready), you will want to issue individual Staff timetables to all your staff, and ask them to check them and let you know if they can see any problems.
You may also want to send Class timetables to Heads of Year ... and Subject or Department timetables to Heads of Department or Heads of Subject.

How to add a 'Draft' message:
To have this message appear on your timetables:
*** Draft at [date, time] - please check & let me have your comments - thank you ***
... go into 'Advanced' and tick 'Mark as Draft'.

You can also, if you prefer, enter your own notes - on the Advanced screen, click 'Custom Notes'.

How to remove 'Draft':
Go into 'Advanced' and un-tick 'Mark as Draft'.
