Sharing your timetable with colleagues:
You may wish to show the completed or partly-completed timetable to some of your colleagues.
- eg. for discussion during the scheduling stage.
- eg. asking for comments on changes that you have made.
- eg. asking colleagues to 'proof-read' it, looking for mistakes or for aspects that they don't like.
- eg. for distributing the finished timetable.
paper Of course you can do this by printing out the relevant timetable on paper (and you can choose to mark it 'Draft', with a date).
html An easier way is to use the Web button that is shown on each Printout Screen (for 'master' and individual timetables, see Section J of the Manual). This Web button produces an HTML (web-page) version of the 'master' or individual timetable.
The HTML file can be sent to your colleagues as an email attachment.
To view the timetable they just have to open the file attachment, and it is then displayed in their usual browser (Internet Explorer, FireFox, etc).
They can view the timetables by double-clicking on the files, or using File->Open, or (better) by including them in their 'Favorites'.

Excel Or you can export the timetable to Excel. Enter "Excel" in the 'Search' box above to see the article on this.
