Yes - it is always a good idea to involve colleagues, and there are a few ways you can do this:
Method 1.
Each of the Print Screens (shown in section J of the Manual) has an Export -> to web-page button.
When you click on this option, it makes an HTML web-page of that timetable (eg. the 'master' Staff Timetable).
You can then email this HTML file to your colleagues, as an email attachment.
When they receive it, they just have to click on that file attachment in the usual way, and it will display in their usual browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc).
Alternatively you can post that HTML page on the school intranet or web-site.
Method 2.
Use the Export -> to Excel spread-sheet button, and attach the Excel file produced.
Method 3.
When you print out the timetable (click the Print button), you can choose to print it as a PDF (instead of a paper printout). Then you can send the PDF file as an email attachment.
This method produces a timetable which looks exactly like the printed paper version, and of course colleagues can print a paper version from it.
Method 4.
When you print out the timetable, you can choose to print it as html or text or jpeg, and then attach the file(s) produced.
