Installing an Upgrade on a second machine

I have installed an Upgrade (or update) on my computer.
How do I install it on another (second) computer as well ?

If you:
-- download a major annual Upgrade,
or:
-- download a minor regular update (via the  >Check for Updates  link on the front screen in your existing copy of TimeTabler)
on to a computer / machine connected to the internet,
how do you install it on a second machine (which may not be connected to the internet) ?

The Program
To install the program on a second computer, the easiest way is:
(1). Copy the downloaded installer file [it is always called Setup.EXE] on to a USB memory-stick.
(2). Take the memory-stick to the second machine, and run the file [Setup.EXE] there to install the program.

The Data
If the second machine does not already have the latest version of your data (or if it says 'not registered'), then:
-- take a Backup of your timetable data (via FileMenu->TT-Backup) on the first machine, and:
-- then take that file (called TT4Data.bak) on a USB memory-stick to the second machine, and:
-- then use "File -> TT-Restore" to load in that data into that copy of TimeTabler.
That (second) copy will then be in the same state as the first copy.

Please use the 'Check for Updates' button regularly to see if there is a later version of the program to be downloaded.
