How are 'soft' and 'hard' Pool Teachers exported ?
Q. I have a timetable with many Pool Teachers. If I don't have time to change all the 'soft' allocations into 'hard' ones, when the data is exported into my MIS (eg: SIMS.net), will it export the 'soft' allocations as well or just leave 'gaps' ?
A. Lessons for the ‘soft’ teachers will export just the same as for the ‘hard’ teachers.
Converting from 'soft' to 'hard' simply means that this Teacher is now considered to be the chosen (best) Teacher for this lesson, so the lesson won’t be moved to a different Teacher in the Pool, by FIT or during scheduling.
