Shortcuts in TimeTabler
Some of the most common functions in TimeTabler can be accessed by a single function-key press.  For handiness, the main ones are summarised below:

       Opening/main screen:
F1 Interactive Help
F2 List Batches
F3 Curriculum Diagram
F4 List Schedules
F5 Go to Current Schedule
F6 -
F7 Printing overview
F8 Dashboard
F9  Keep Notes
F10  Backup
You can also use:  Ctrl-T to visit the Teachers screen, Ctrl-R the Rooms screen, etc.

       Curriculum Diagram (or Activity Batch) :
F2 Edit in Wizard
F3 -
F4 Edit Advanced features
F5 Where is this Activity assigned?
F6 Edit in List-View
F7 -
F8 Split this Activity
F9 Update the Schedule (with set numbers)

        Visual Builder screen (scheduling):
F2 Run Semi-Automatic scheduling
F3 Un-lock selected lesson
F4 Unassign selected lesson
F5 Go to FIT ('Musical Chairs')
F6 Edit details of selected lesson
F7 Lock selected lesson
F8 Concentrate on this Activity (to assign all its lessons)

       Staff timetable view (while scheduling):

F5 Exchange 2 time-slots (periods of lessons)
