I used a dummy teacher in TimeTabler, but StaffCover is now allocating Cover to him.
To deal with a 'dummy teacher', go to 'Customize -> Teacher Details', find the teacher, and make sure s/he is Suspended.
It should then say ***S U S P E N D E D*** in red in the top-right corner.
