Q. I can't find instructions on how to stop printing the 'Notes' beside staff names when publishing cover.
I use the note section to record extra information regarding an absence but don't want it to go on Cover Slips and the timetable printout that I sent to other staff.
Is there a way to keep the notes but just not print them?
A. If you start your notes with an exclamation mark, then they are just for your eyes only - they are not printed on Cover timetables / slips for colleagues.
Eg. "!Wife is in hospital".
