Go to "Design a Pattern", select the Pattern you wish to Clone, then click the "Create a Clone" button.
A2. Or (alternative method):
1) Go to "Design a Pattern" then double-click on the pattern you want to Clone, to open it.
2) Make a "dummy" change to one of the groups (just click on the group and re-select the same subject) so Options thinks you've made a change.
3) Click "Close" then "Save as..." and enter the name of the new (cloned) pattern.
