Printouts: different timings
Q. Our school has different period timings on a Friday to the rest of the week.
I've put in the correct timings on the Period Labels but when I try to print it's just showing the Period timings across the top, which is fine on Mon-Thurs. But I can't see how to print the different timings for a Friday ?
A. It depends on whether you looking at the "individual" timetable printouts or the "master" ones ?
-- Individual: In order to keep these printouts as a compact "grid", we show the period-labels for Monday across the top, and assume these will suffice for the whole week (many schools just use 1,2,3,4,5 for their period headings anyway).
-- Master: You can set each period to be different, by going to "Print -> Publishing your timetable -> Day & Period labels".
