Lessons are not being allocated Rooms

  Q.    Why are some of the lessons in my activities not being allocated Rooms during scheduling?

  A.    The most likely reason is that you are using "Sites".

"Sites" allow you to place a year of students on a given “site” (1-9), and also say which “site” each room is on (1-9).   Lessons for a class in a given year, are then only given rooms that are also on that site.

If you look at Rooms 10,11...30 on the Rooms Screen [Section C4 in your Manual], you have said they are on Site 2.

But if you look at Years 7,8,9 on the School Structure -> Years & Sites Screen [Section B in your Manual], you have said they are on Site 1.

What this means is that Lessons for Years 7,8,9 cannot be allocated Rooms 10,11...30.

So just Edit the sites to be what you want.
And/or use one of the rooming features ... such as 'Check & Tidy -> Room Sweep' ... to re-assign the Rooms according to the 1st/2nd/3rd Preferences on the Teachers Screen.
