They say ‘a picture paints a thousand words’, and on our Support Centre, we really believe this. So when sending a ticket to our Support Centre, please include any screenshots that help explain your situation/problem/question.
At times, a video rather than a screenshot is even more valuable. Different schools may use the software in different ways - so recording your screen really helps and will demonstrate to our Support Team exactly what steps you are following. We can then answer your question quickly and efficiently.
