Installing (to the Cloud)

Once you have installed TimeTabler on your computer you may be considering that it would be easier to have it installed in your synced cloud storage (eg: Dropbox ,OneDrive, Google Drive, SharePoint etc) and run TimeTabler from there as it would allow you to access the latest data all of the time.

While moving TimeTabler to your cloud storage is possible, it is not recommended.

We do recommend that you store your TimeTabler backups (Library - Backup Method 2) to your synced cloud storage in case something happens to your physical computer. This is not the same as running the program from your synced cloud storage.

A word of caution

TimeTabler is not a multi-user program, as it doesn't make logical sense from a timetable-viewpoint to have two people trying to schedule simultaneously.  Please see this article for further information about Multi-user and Multi-access.

If you do run TimeTabler from your synced cloud storage you may find that data is lost.

Note:
The same advice applies for our other software: Options and StaffCover.
