How do I transfer my timetable data between Home and School?

Transferring your TimeTabler data between 2 machines/computers
(eg: when moving between work/school and home).

 Step 1 
On the machine with the latest data, make a Backup in a synched cloud storage drive such as OneDrive or Google Drive (or on to a USB memory-stick).
To do this click on the Backup button (on the opening screen of TimeTabler) or go to File->TT-Backup.
This creates a single file on your memory-stick called "TT4Data.Bak".

(You may also want to Save your data in the Auto-Backup Library at the same time.)

Alternatively you could use a solution like 'Dropbox'.**

 Step 2 
At home/work - go to File->TT-Restore  and follow the on-screen instructions to load in the data from your synched cloud storage drive (or the USB memory-stick).
Note:  this will overwrite the data on this machine ... so you may want to play safe by first saving the data on this machine in its Auto-Backup Library.
