How can I send my data to the Support Centre?

Send us your Timetable data

It's often useful to send a copy of your TimeTabler (or Options or StaffCover) data to the online Support Centre.  Our Team can then see exactly what you are seeing.  The steps are:

1.
First use "File -> TT-Backup" to Backup your data to a USB 'memory-stick' (or to a known place on your hard-drive, or to Dropbox, or to any other drive, etc).
It creates a single file (containing all your data) called TT4Data.Bak.

2.
Then start to 'Submit a Ticket' in the usual way (you will need to log-on first, assuming that you have registered), and enter the full details of your question.
At the bottom of the screen you will find an area / paper-clip that lets you 'attach' the TT4Data.Bak file, so that it is sent with the Ticket when you submit it.


Other programs:
For Options: use 'File -> OPT-Backup' to create the Backup file 'Op2Data.Bak'
For StaffCover: use 'File -> SC-Backup' to create the Backup file 'SC2Data.Bak'
