Can I export the data from Options ?

Export from Options

You can Export your completed data from Options to a number of destinations / formats:

 1  To a file for your own use (eg: for sharing with colleagues, or importing into a third-party system): you can do this in several different formats:

--  .HTML   (for web-pages, and for emailing to colleagues)
--  .xls(x)     (Excel)
--  .csv     (comma-separated-values)
--  .txt       (text)
--  .doc(x)      (Word).
 
This choice is offered on the following screens:
- Pattern Design
- Students' Choices
- Students' Allocations
- Group Lists for staff.

 2  You can also export to your school MIS (Admin System) - provided it is one of the MIS which accepts our Options import.    An Export of Student Choices into your MIS can save you a lot of time.
