Choose the Year labels on your printouts
The default label for the Years in TimeTabler is in the style 'Year 7', 'Year 12', etc.
But in your school you may want a different style, for example:

'Grade 7', 'Grade 12', etc,
-
'S1', 'S2', etc (in Scottish schools),
-
'L6', 'Upper Sixth', 'Upper Fourth', 'Lower Remove', etc.
To make these changes go to
either: Customize Menu -> Year Labels,
or to : School Structure Screen -> Years & Sites,
where you'll see (under 'Style of Names') that there is the choice of:
- In Years
- In Grades
- Scottish
- Custom
Choose the one you want, and see the resulting effect in the list shown at the left.
The new Year Labels are then used on the Class Timetable printouts, and in the exports to MIS.
