Advance Cover Requests
Q. I am already getting requests for cover for next term! If I put these into the advance diary of absent staff will they remain in there when I import a new timetable next year and be covered appropriately or should I wait until after the new timetable is in place?
A. When you perform an "end of year" in StaffCover everything is reset ... so you will need to wait until the new timetable has been read into StaffCover before setting-up your diary entries.
