Monochrome Printing

 Q.   Is there a way of choosing to print with grey background shading for lessons instead of colour ? (ie. using black ink only, but still having highlighting without having to use colour ink every time.)

 A.   Choose colour printing in TimeTabler, but set your Printer properties to use greyscale.
It works best if you choose a dark enough colour for all subjects to give enough shading to stand out.
(Remember to reset your printer afterwards.)

If you want to photocopy the results then it may be better to turn OFF colour printing in TimeTabler, on the Printing Screen (see Section J5 in your Manual).
