Adding 'Scholarship classes'

Scholarship Classes

   Q.    I want to be able to schedule some lessons with 'scholarship' pupils only [and some with non-scholarship pupils only], and some lessons with all the pupils in Year 8.   We are a 2 form-entry school.

   A.    Depending on your Curriculum Diagram, onen way is to use composite Classes in TimeTabler, like this:

8A = students in "form 8A" excluding the scholarship students
8B = students in "form 8B" excluding the scholarship students
and
8X = scholarship students in "form 8A"
8Y = scholarship students in "form 8B"

Then also add these 4 classes on the Classes Screen:

8AX = whole of "form 8A"
8BY = whole of "form 8B"
8AB = non-scholarship students only
8XY = scholarship students only
8ABXY = all the students in year 8 (eg. for Games).
