Swap the Time-axis on a Printout

Time-axis

For consistency throughout TimeTabler, 'time' (days & periods) runs horizontally on all the screens and reports / printouts.   Staff, Classes, Subjects, etc run vertically on these screens.

Most schools prefer this, but if you want Printouts with the 'time' axis running vertically instead, there are a few ways to do this:

- a) Screens where this is a more common request (eg: Master Staff Timetable) allow you to export to Excel with the axes swapped - just choose the option:

- b) You can export most TimeTabler reports to Excel, and swap axes there - there is a short PDF explaining how to do it: here.

- c) once you have exported from TimeTabler to your MIS / Admin System, you can print in whatever format your MIS / Admin System allows.   The final view that your staff, students & parents see, is usually this (created by your MIS) ... the printouts created in TimeTabler are usually for you & your staff/colleagues to check their timetables.
